The contest started on June 15th 2009, and the clips must be submitted no later than August 1st.

CRITERIA (or: What are we looking for?)1. Running time - Clips should be short and sweet (no longer than 5 minutes, preferably less). 2. Content - The winning clip should share with the viewers new and positive sides of Israel. 3. Do's - Clips will be judged according to their level of creativity, innovation and use of unusual and interesting content. 4. Don'ts - Clip content should be positive and fun to watch. Clips containing offensive, racist or sexually explicit materials will be disqualified.5. Credibility - Information and facts used in the clip should be truthful, credible and up to date. 6. Popularity - Clips will also be judged by the amount of views accumulated on the site.
